WHO CAN PURCHASE FROM BOARDMANS WHOLESALE?

Our wholesale products are exclusively available to trade customers, including retailers, boutiques, and department stores. We do not sell directly to consumers.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

To create a trade account, simply visit our registration page and complete the required details. Our team will review your application and provide approval within 2-3 business days.

CAN I VISIT YOUR SHOWROOM?

Yes! Trade customers are welcome to visit our showroom to explore our latest collections and discuss potential orders. Showroom visits are by appointment only. To book a visit, contact our team at wholesale@boardmansdesign.com or call 0161 832 2381.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please get in touch with us for specific shipping availability and rates.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Yes, we offer bespoke design services for bulk orders. Contact our team to discuss your design requirements.

CAN I REQUEST A SAMPLE BEFORE PLACING A BULK ORDER?

Yes, samples are available for certain products. Please contact us for more details on sample availability and pricing.

What is the minimum order value?

UK customers: £300 with a £15 carriage fee | Orders over £500 are carriage-free | UK Mainland / Ireland and Offshore Islands only. EU customers: £300 with a £50 carriage fee | Orders over £600 are carriage-free | International quotes will be given upon order placement.

WHAT ARE YOUR CREDIT TERMS?

New accounts will be on pro forma terms for the first three orders. Standard terms thereafter are 30 days.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment via BACS, credit or debit cards. We do not accept American Express.

WHEN WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?

UK Mainland: Delivered via DPD on a next-day pre-12.30pm service. Ireland and Offshore Islands: Delivered via DPD on a 2-day service. For European & International orders, we will provide delivery time at order placement.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT PRICING STRUCTURE?

We offer two pricing structures: List Price: Typically for a pack, which consists of 6 units. Volume Price: For a carton, usually containing 72 units.
